Professional experience derived from servicing private homes, island estates, luxury travel operations, and working professionally across the event industry - our ethos is to bring luxury services to western North Carolina & beyond.

Natalie Jane launched her career in 2007 as concierge handling catering, logistics, special requests for a celebrated musician while touring with his band and entourage. In 2009, she acted as lead stewardess across multiple private estates in the Hamptons and Caribbean. Work folio included; interior staffing, hosting private parties, meal and menu planning, silver service, wine cellar care, logistics, home styling, table-scaping , overseeing all aspects for household standards and client experiences.

Opening 2011, she founded her first event design venture Belle Fleur, a published award winning floral studio eventually followed by TOUS. a design contract service executing projects for industry colleagues. Project work published in multiple event industry publications including but not excluded to; Aisle Society, Tampa Bay Bride, Tampa Bay Live it, Love it, Green Wedding Shoes, Wedding Chick’s, Martha Stewart Weddings among other print & web .

Late 2022, Natalie decided to circle back to concierge work cultivating high touch client experiences with High Gold Concierge servicing Western, North Carolina and beyond.

High Gold seeks to cultivate strategic partnerships making amenity services at the ready to semi staffed properties, charters or projects looking to create unique experiences for guests, clients and owners.

Our focus is to create high touch hospitality standards for properties stakeholders formulating unique, sophisticated live/stay lifestyle experiences.
