20 years combined event design & hospitality experience We derive inspiration from both aspirational and luxury hospitality models.

Professional experience derived from servicing private homes, island estates, luxury travel operations & across the event industry - our ethos is to bring luxury services to Western North Carolina.

Owner Natalie Jane began her career in 2006 working for a celebrated musician handling catering, logistics and special requests all the while traveling with his band and family for over two years of their touring schedule. In 2009 She went on to consult, host and act as a lead Stewardess for Leeward Luxury across multiple private estates in the Hamptons, Palm Beach and Bahamian Exumas for charter shareholders, individual owners, and visiting dignitaries. This work included interior staffing work, hosting large parties, daily meal prep, wine cellar care, logistics & overseeing the service aspect of each charter event.

In 2011 she founded her first event design venture Belle Fleur a published award winning floral studio eventually following with TOUS. a design contract service.

Respective event design markets ; Austin, Los Angeles, Portland, Aspen, Denver & New York then exclusively designing for client Floressence Flowers in Asheville over the last 3 years and seasons.

In 2019 she temporarily relocated to Los Angeles, becoming one of the floral creative leads for streaming network HBO Max premiering the pilot and subsequent two seasons of “Full Bloom” the first releases for the now syndicated network. The creative design team behind Full Bloom was focused on time sensitive set and location objectives working under the Creative Director & Producer tier.

In late 2022, Natalie decided to circle back to concierge work, and high touch client experiences launching High Gold Concierge from Asheville.

High Gold has a handful of strategic property partnerships fostered in late 2023 making high touch amenity services available to luxury buyouts in Toxaway, Cashiers, Highlands & beyond for 2024 calendar alignment.

Most recently High Gold will be offering bespoke services to the Highlands property Flat Mountain Farm.

Partnerships are planned to extend to luxury planning teams creating destination events beyond the Carolinas in 2024/2025 offering practical client focused or planning team focused support services. WORK WITH US.
